AGIRE INTERAGIRE INTERFERIRE

AGIRE INTERAGIRE INTERFERIRE / Mapparchivio dei progetti usabili, literally "TO ACT TO INTERACT TO INTERFERE / map-archive of the usable projects", is a geo-referenced database of public artistic-cultural initiatives, interventions and projects, created in Italy after 2000, addressed to all and characterized by a usability and functionality dimension. Temporary and permanent gardens, seats, tables, urban forests, playgrounds, skate parks, public places, useful devices, digital archives, etc; 

Starting from some fundamental questions about the possibility of defining new paradigms of exchange and sharing between art, society and citizenship, the map becomes an opportunity to deepen and investigate the potential offered today by the figure of the artist - understood in its broadest sense - who acts towards the collectivity and the public social utility of his work.
A public tool to involve, raise awareness, inspire other artists, cultural operators, associations, institutions and organizations to work towards this direction.

AGIRE INTERAGIRE INTERFERIRE / Mapparchivio dei progetti usabili represents the evolution of the research project L'artista per la collettività, conceived in 2022 and supported by the Italian Ministry of Culture (Italian Council X) and by various cultural institutions in Italy, Germany, Japan and Thailand.
